Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested at least 14 hours before departure. Late requests are not eligible for a refund.

Minimum 14 hours notice required. Payment gateway fees are never refunded regardless of when you cancel.

How to Cancel

Important Notes

  • Payment gateway charges (VISA, MasterCard, eSewa, Khalti) are non-refundable.
  • No refunds for cancellations less than 14 hours before departure.
