Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be requested at least 14 hours before departure. Late requests are not eligible for a refund.
Minimum 14 hours notice required. Payment gateway fees are never refunded regardless of when you cancel.

How to Cancel

- 2Provide departure date/time and reason (if needed).
- 3We review timing and calculate refund (if eligible).
- 4Confirmation sent and refund processed within 7-14 business days.

Important Notes
- Payment gateway charges (VISA, MasterCard, eSewa, Khalti) are non-refundable.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 hours before departure.
