These terms govern your use of Miles Travel. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by them.
This is a binding legal agreement. You must be 18 or older to use our services. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Introduction & Acceptance
By using Miles Travel, you agree to these terms. You represent that you:
- Are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent)
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable Nepal laws and regulations
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Bookings
Booking Process (Future Feature)
- Search and select available travel options
- Complete passenger information accurately
- Complete payment through our secure payment gateway
- Receive confirmation via email and account dashboard
- Bookings are final once confirmed (subject to cancellation policy)
We reserve the right to cancel any booking suspected of fraud or error.
Note: Booking system is currently in development and not yet available. This section outlines our future booking policies.
Payments & Pricing
- All prices are in NPR (Nepalese Rupee) unless otherwise stated
- Prices include applicable taxes and fees unless noted
- We accept online payments, Khalti, and eSewa
- Payment is required at time of booking
- We do not store complete card details (PCI compliant)
- Prices subject to change without notice (bookings locked at confirmation)
Cancellation & Refunds
Refunds processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose
- Create fake, speculative, or fraudulent bookings
- Use stolen or unauthorized payment methods
- Scrape, crawl, or data-mine our website
- Attempt to circumvent our security systems
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
- Post offensive, inappropriate, or misleading content
- Use automated bots or scripts
Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, legal action, and reporting to authorities.
Intellectual Property
All content on Miles Travel (including logos, text, graphics, software) is owned by Miles Travel or our licensors and protected by Nepal and international copyright laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission
- Miles Travel name and logo are registered trademarks
- You retain ownership of content you submit (but grant us licence to use it)
Liability & Disclaimers
Miles Travel is an information-service platform only. Travel services are provided by independent third-party operators.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- Platform provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- Information may not be completely accurate, current, or error-free
- Bookings subject to availability and operator confirmation
- We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
Limitation of Liability
- No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Maximum liability limited to NPR 1,000 or amount paid in last 12 months (whichever is less)
- Not liable for acts of God, natural disasters, or government actions
- Not liable for third-party operator issues, delays, or cancellations
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
Arbitration
- Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kathmandu
- Arbitration shall be confidential and conducted in English/Nepali
- Decision of arbitrator is final and binding
- Each party bears its own legal costs
- Small claims (under NPR 1,000) may be filed in local courts instead
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions.

- Access: Receive a copy of your personal data
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Erasure: Request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Object: Object to certain types of processing
- Portability: Data portability where technically feasible
Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or site notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Terms are dated with "Last Updated" for your reference.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, at our sole discretion, without notice or liability. You may stop using our services at any time.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
