Fees & Deductions

Refunds may have deductions for:

  • Admin/processing fee (रु 200–500)
  • Provider cancellation charges
  • Payment gateway fees (1–3%, non-refundable)

Fees may be waived if the operator cancels, a major delay occurs, travel restrictions apply, or a documented emergency is provided.
